 Jurgen Oschadleus, MBA, PMP
Jurgen Oschadleus, MBA, PMP, is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Sydney, Australia. Jürgen is also the Director of Act Knowledge Pty Ltd and the Managing Partner of Valense (Australia). With over 15 years of experience across the globe, he draws on his diverse industry and cultural experiences to bring sustainable change to individuals, teams and organisations. Formally qualified as an educator and trainer, he later moved into a strategic consulting role with Booz.Allen & Hamilton (South Africa). He then took on project management roles with Concur UK, CPA International and the SAS Institute, deploying business solutions into blue chip companies across the UK, Europe and later Asia Pacific. Since 2001 he has focused his primary attention on developing the leadership capabilities of his diverse clients. He is the author of Heart of Influence, and has written numerous articles and papers on leadership, influential communication and sustainable change. His training programs have been delivered on five continents, and he is a frequent contributor to international conferences, as well as keynote speaker at a range of C-level Summits. He currently serves on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Registered Education Provider Advisory Group, and is a co-author of the PMI’s e-learning program on the PMBOK® Guide to Project Management (Third and Fourth editions). He is the Course Coordinator and Facilitator for the Project Management and Supply Chain Management courses that form part of the Masters of Business & Technology program at the University of New South Wales, and presents the project management component of the University of Sydney’s Masters in Veterinary Public Health Management. Jurgen is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), is DiSC- and SDI-accredited, and an Advanced Toastmaster (Gold). He holds an Education Diploma, a Masters degree in History and an MBA in International Project Management and Organisational Development, as well as a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.  Mounir A. Ajam
Mounir A. Ajam, MS, PMP, is an International Correspondent for PMForum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Mr. Ajam is also chief executive officer of SUKAD FZ-LLC, an Innovation Centre based in Dubai Knowledge Village and with services provided across the Middle East.SUKAD specializes in project management (PM) consultancy, training, and performance improvement, and clients include Saudi Arabian Parsons, UAE Ministry of Finance and Industry, Dubai Holding, National Commercial Bank, Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), TECOM Investments, Saudi Aramco, and many others. Mr. Ajam is a PM expert with 20 years of experience in the engineering, construction, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. In 1998 he achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and in 2007 he graduated from PMI’s Leadership Institute Masters Class.  Getachew Teklemariam Alemu Mr. Getachew Teklemariam Alemu is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Mr. Alemu is also an Infrastructure Projects Expert in the Development Projects Department of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, government of Ethiopia. This department is responsible for studying and controlling the project planning and management system at the federal level in the country. Getachew is responsible for monitoring, appraising and reporting on public sector infrastructure projects financed by the Ethiopian government or bilateral and multilateral donors. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Land Resources Management and Environmental Protection from Mekelle University in Ethiopia. He has also been educated in macro economic development, infrastructure development in developing countries, national economic development and project management.  Germán Bernate Germán Bernate is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Colombia. Based in Bogotá, he is also General Manager and Founder of ALMAGESTON Consulting Firm. Mr. Bernate holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. Mr. Bernate has dedicated 45 years of his professional life to the engineering and software industry in the areas of strategic management, Balanced ScoreCard, and Project Management. Germán worked for more than thirty years at IBM Colombia, where he assumed a wide range of responsibilities in both technical and management areas. He also worked as a Project Manager at NCR Colombia. Mr. Bernate has managed projects in Banks, government, distribution, communication networks, aerial transport, and retail stores. Germán has published several books, including “El año 2000 al acecho” (2000 Year Coming) related to the Y2K problem. In 2004 Mr. Bernate was a guest speaker at the congress organized by PMI Madrid Chapter, with the lecture “Triunfos y frustraciones de un Gerente de Proyecto en Latinoamérica'” (Triumphs and frustrations of a Project Manager in Latin America). In February 2006 he presented “How to Grow in a Different Environment” at the annual congress of the Association for Strategic Planning - ASP- in Los Angeles, CA, USA. In 1992 Germán won the first award of the fourth edition of the literary contest “Dr. Mariano Zumel” in Madrid, Spain. Germán is actually working in the fields of Project Management, Strategic Planning and Balanced ScoreCard implementation.  Artur Bialy
Artur Bialy is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Poland. He is also an experienced project manager, program manager and technical manager/leader, with over ten years of experience managing IT projects on various levels. He has managed the implementation of complex internet applications, data warehouse and real-time systems. Artur has worked in various roles for international companies in Poland, Ireland, France and Spain. He is an expert in IT project management, business intelligence and real-time applications. Mr. Bialy graduated from the University of Technology and Science, the Department of Computer Science, where he was conducting research into Intelligent Agent Systems and Artificial Intelligence. Artur holds Masters Degree in Applied Computer Science. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP ®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and is an active member of PMI; he was a founding member of the PMI Poland Chapter. He is involved in new agile project management practices, works as an active Scrum Master and helps in implementations of lean/agile practices.  Antonello Bove
Antonello Bove is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today. Based in Washington, DC, Mr. Bove is also a Consultant for the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), the private investment arm of the Inter-American Development Bank, a multilateral development Bank based in Washington DC, (www.iadb.org), where he has worked since 2003. At IIC, Antonello is the leader of the Italian Development Program, a program designed to strengthen European tieswith Latin America and the Caribbean; He spends his time between Italy, Latin America and the USA. The program is creating a network of enterprises and organizations that areinvolved in import, export, and FDI with the focus on providing finance for medium and long term investments.The program also helps develop strategic alliances with European organization such as Chambers of Commerce,Industrial Associations, International Organizations and Financial Institutions. Antonello was previously CEO of Robur Corporation in Indiana, USA, a manufacturer and marketer of gas absorption air-conditioning technology for residential, commercial and industrial markets. At Robur he was CEO & General Manger (1997 – 2002), Executive VP & General Manager (1996 – 1997), Board Member & VP Financial Restructuring (1995). He was hired at Robur to turn around an under-performing company and accelerate its transformation from a manufacturing company to a market-driven entity. From 1990 to 1995, he was a Partner at Proginvest s.r.l. in Rome, Italy, an advisory firm providing financial planning services to various industries, in particular the healthcare and manufacturing. During 1988 – 1990, he was a Business development & government affairs manager at Iniziativa S.p.A. (Milan-Rome, Italy) today Ernst & Young, where he provided government loan consulting services for industrial companies seeking financial support for projects focused on new products and manufacturing processes. Antonello has been a contract visiting professor at ABITA - Project Management University of Florence, Italy. He was previously an adjunct professor of International Business and Project Management in the School of Business Administration, University of Evansville in Indiana. Antonello is the author of the recently published project management book, La metodologia dei 12 Step, published in Italy by Hoepli in 2008. Antonello has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (1987) and is a graduate of the Executive Program on General Management from the University of Michigan (2002).  Alfonso Bucero Alfonso Bucero, PMP, is an International Correspondent for PMForum based in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Bucero is also founder and Managing Partner of BUCERO PM Consulting. He previously managed the office in Spain for the International Institute for Learning (IIL) for two years, and was a Senior Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard Spain (Madrid Office) for thirteen years. Alfonso is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI ®), of the ALI (Asociación de Licenciados, Ingenieros y Doctores en Informática), and of the Spanish Project Management Association, AEIPRO (afíliate member asociación of the International Project Management Association, IPMA). Alfonso was the founder, sponsor and President of the PMI Barcelona, Spain Chapter until April 2005, and he is an IPMA Assessor. He belongs to the LIAG (Leadership Institute Advisory Group) of PMI.  Liliana Buchtik, PMP Liliana Buchtik, PMP is an International Correspondent for PMForum and the global PM World Today eJournal in Uruguay. She is also the President of Buchtik Global, a firm that provides information technology (IT) and project management (PM) consulting and training services in Spanish and English globally. Liliana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Analysis from ORT Uruguay University. She is certified by PMI® as a Project Management Professional (PMP®). Liliana has a Diploma in Directing People from ISEDE School of Business in Uruguay, and is a graduate of the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class of 2007 in USA. She has worked in North America, Europe and Latin America in the IT and PM fields for the past nine years, in private industry, government, and not-for-profit organizations. She has been a Project Manager for the Project Management Institute (PMI) in USA, and provides training services to PMI. Liliana worked in the Uruguayan Department of Justice, in the Uruguayan Judicial System Fortifying Program, and in the Project of Improvement of the Service in Tribunals. Luis Fasano,
PMP Luis Fasano is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Panama. Mr. Fasano has 17 years of experience in the field technology and computer science and 8 years of experience in positions related to Project Management. Most of his experience is related to technology integration and implementation of Information Systems such as CRM, ERP, PMIS. He has participated in government projects financed by the Inter American Development Bank (IADB), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the World Bank, and has handled 3 offices of projects for local consultants and governmental offices. He is an Engineer in Computer Systems from the Technological Institute of Monterrey (ITESM), and has achieved a Masters in Computer Science also from ITESM and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame, USA. He is a PMP certified and has been part of the educational body of institutions like the Inter-American University and University of Louisville. Luis is a Project Management Specialist for the IADB in their initiative of realignment of their local programs. He is also currently the President of the PMI Panama Chapter and an active volunteer having participated in initiatives such as PMP Exam Question Revisions, PMI Leadership Conferences and PMI Leadership Master Class. Irwin José Franco Irwin José Franco, MS, PMP is an International Correspondent for PMForum in Ecuador. Mr. Franco is also a Project Manager at Image Tech, a leading web and multimedia solutions company based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Irwin has a B.A. in Visual Communications from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Quito, Ecuador, and a Masters degree in Project Management (Specialization in Information Technology) from Universidad La Salle in Madrid, Spain. Since 2000, Irwin has developed and managed more than 40 IT projects, including E-commerce and E-banking portals, mobile solutions, content management systems, corporate software projects and multimedia products. He has developed solutions for the telecommunications, mass media, tourism and financial sectors. Recently he has been responsible for deployment of Microsoft’s Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution and framework, and for establishing project management best practices with Risk and Earned Value Management. Irwin was previously a producer of multimedia products for Producrear and Moviola, both in Quito, Ecuador. For these firms, he produced and managed projects and teams related to multimedia products, animations, corporate presentations and other audio/visual productions. Florin Gheorghiu Mr. Florin Gheorghiu PMP, is an International Correspondent for PMForum in Bucharest, Romania. Florin currently acts as a Professional Project Manager and Head of Engineering Department for a local based branch of Bucharest utility Company in the field of power and heat . He is also experienced working for EPC contracts within the construction industry for the industrial and real estate sectors. Florin has added much to its professional accruals when working on large power plant rehabilitation program financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction & Development (IBRD) and the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD), and for Parsons Power (Gilbert Commonwealth), Lahmeyer International and Pennsylvania Power & Light (PP&L) as a project Consultant. Theofanis C. Giotis, MSc, MCT, PMP is an International Correspondent for PMForum in Greece. Mr. Giotis is also Chief Executive Officer of ITEC Total Solutions SA, an Information Technology Solutions company founded in 1988. He is also a managing director and Chief Technology Officer of ITEC Training Services SA, anInformation Technology, Project Management and Management Training company founded in 1995. Mr. Giotis holds a Masters of Science (MSc) degree inOperational Research from the University of Lancaster, England and a Bachelors (BA)degree in Economics from the University of Athens, Greece. He also holds Computer Programming and Systems Analysis Certificates from ACE College in Athens.He is currently a PhD Candidate in Project and Program Management.  Thibaut Goupil Mr. Thibaut Goupil is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in France. Living in La Ciotat (close to Marseille, on the Mediterranean coast), he is currently also a project management consultant based in Paris, providing consulting services for a major chemical company in Lyon.  Ahmed Saleh Mokhtar Ahmed Saleh Mokhtar is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Egypt. Mr. Mokhtar is also a freelancer project management consultant and trainer. Previously, he was the Consultancy Director for Promastar, a Cairo-based project management advisory and training firm (since 2004) and by EPM consultancy (since 1998). Ahmed is a Senior Project Management Consultant and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a 23-year service record providing project management services to public and private sector organizations in Egypt, Germany, Saudi Arabia and the UA Emirates. He was previously Director of the Project Management Division in the EPM Consultancy in Cairo from 1998-2003. Santopietro Alcides Santoprietro is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World

 David Shannon David Shannon is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in the United Kingdom (UK). Mr. Shannon is also Managing Director of Oxford Project Management Ltd., a UK-based project management advisory and consulting firm. David has a Natural Sciences degree and Master of Arts degree from Oxford University (Oriel College), and a Diploma in Accountancy and Finance from the Association of Certified Accountants in the UK. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, Honorary Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM), Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Member of the Institute of Directors, Member of the British Quality Foundation and is certified as a Meyers Briggs PTI Practitioner and as a Design Quality Indicator Facilitator. Skarabot Andrej Skarabot, PhD, is an international correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Slovenia. He has a diploma in Chemical Engineering (1963) from Ljubljana University in Slovenia and a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration (1975) and Ph.D. in Business Administration (1985) from Zagreb University in Croatia. Dr. Skarabot was a professor on three technical faculties, on the subject business and project management at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia from 1980 – 2006, retiring in 2007. During 1989 – 2006, he was also a partner in d.o.o., a management consulting firm based in Ljubljana. Andrej was the first in Slovenia to write articles and teach seminars on network analysis and project management in 1965. Since then he has extensive experience working and consulting on more than 80 projects, including construction, pharmaceutical, electro, mechanical engineering and governmental. He is an expert is organizing and implementing project management processes and programmes, in the construction and IT fields. He is President and First Assessor of the Slovenian Certification Body (SloCert) for the International Project Management Association (IPMA). He is also an assessor for IPMA’s International Project Management Award. For many years, he was a member of the Executive Committee for the Slovenian Project Management Association; he is an Expert of the Slovenian Economics Union. Turkey. Ahmet is also a management consultant providing PM training and
consulting services to various companies in the information technology,
financial services, construction, and manufacturing sectors in Mexico,
Turkey and the USA. Mr. Taspinar holds an MS degree in Civil
Engineering from Harvard University and a MBA degree from Northeastern
University in the United States. Ahmet has 40 years of U.S. and
overseas experience in petrochemical and energy projects, and in
management information systems development. He teaches Project
Planning and Control Using PM Software Tools, PMP Certification
Preparation, and Strategic Planning for a variety of industries. He is an
instructor of Project Management at the University of California, Berkeley
(Extension Program) and for several academic programs in Mexico and

Ron
Taylor, MBA, PMP(R) is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM
World Today in Washington, DC. He is also a project manager, lecturer,
trainer, author, and consultant, and the principal and founder of the Ron
Taylor Group. He has over twenty five years of experience in managing
projects. He is the Immediate Past President of the Washington D.C.
Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the largest PMI Chapter
in the world with over 8,500 members. During Ron’s Presidency, the Chapter
was named 2007 PMI Chapter of the Year and Ron was named 2008 PMI Chapter
Leader of the Year. Ron began his career as a member of the faculty of the
University of Kentucky, where he was nominated Teacher of the Year. After
moving to the U.S. Census Bureau, he managed several multimillion dollar

Quang Ton is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Houston, Texas, USA. He is also a Service Delivery Manager at Schlumberger, a global oilfield services company. He also currently services as VP of Communications for the PMI Houston Chapter. Alexander Tovb is an International Correspondent for www.pmforum.org based in Moscow, Russia. Mr. Tovb is also an independent project management advisor and consultant; he was recently Deputy Team Leader and project manager on the European Union funded Projects “Land and Property Policy Reform I and II” of the EU-Russia Cooperation Program (TACIS), Moscow, Russia. Mr. Tovb is an experienced project manager with over 30 years experience in a variety of organizations and industries, primarily associated with information technology (IT) projects. He is currently a vice president of the Russian Project Management Association SOVNET. Jouko Vaskimo is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Finland. He is also Projects Director at Ixonos PLC, a major Finnish IT consultancy. Mr. Vaskimo graduated from Helsinki University of Technology in 1992. During his studies he worked part time at Sinebrychoff, the oldest brewery in Scandinavia. Subsequent to graduation he was hired by Sinebrychoff project services to help relocate the old brewery from Helsinki, Finland to St. Petersburg, Russia. In early 1996 Jouko was hired by Kemira Engineering Ltd; the in-house engineering office for chemicals producer Kemira. For six years he participated in various international projects as a sub-project manager in charge of equipment. DNA Finland Ltd, a major Finnish mobile phone operator with over 1 000 000 customers hired Jouko as a Program Leader in August 2001. He created a corporate project management methodology, provided in-house project management training, and managed a range of complicated projects. Nokia hired Jouko as a Process Development Manager in late 2004 for developing NOCOP, the Nokia Business Infrastructure project management methodology, in use on over 1000 ICT projects globally. In late 2006 Jouko accepted an offer from Ixonos PLC as Projects Director, responsible for project management methodology and competence development within the Ixonos group and at Ixonos clients. Jouko received the IPMA Level C Project Manager certificate in June 2001, and was invited to join the Project Management Association Finland team of IPMA assessors. He received the IPMA Level B Senior Project Manager certificate in 2004, and was invited to chair the PMAF certification body FINCERT (operating the IPMA certification in Finland), and to join the PMAF board of directors. At that time he was nominated the Finnish representative to IPMA global governing bodies IPMA Council of Delegates and IPMA Certification System Panel.
