Important representation from the PMI Madrid Chapter
will attend the PMI EMEA 2010 Congress in Milan
The PMI Madrid Chapter President (Mr. Julio Carazo) will attend the PMI Leadership meeting in Milan with some colleagues from the PMI Chapter BOD and with Mr. Alfonso Bucero, PMP (past President).
The PMI Madrid Chapter that counts on close to 500 members is still growing up and becoming more and more active. This is the first year in the PMI EMEA history where four BOD members form the Chapter will attend the LIM (Leadership Institute Meeting) and then the Congress.
The members from this Chapter are very convinced about the value of project Management. They are finishing a PM Benchmarking study about the profession leaded by his current President. A new Chapter website has been started up, pushing the image of this Chapter and becoming more and more recognized...

About the Author Alfonso Bucero International Correspondent - Spain
Alfonso Bucero, DEA, PMP, is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Bucero is also founder and Managing Partner of BUCERO PM Consulting. Alfonso was the founder, sponsor and president of the PMI Barcelona Chapter until April 2005, and belongs to PMI’s LIAG (Leadership Institute Advisory Group). Now he is the President of the PMI Madrid Spain Chapter. Alfonso has a Computer Science Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica in Madrid and is studying for his Ph.D. in Project Management. He has 29 years of practical experience and is actively engaged in advancing the PM profession in Spain and throughout Europe.
