The PMI Madrid Chapter celebrated BOD Elections in Madrid on March 22nd 2010
The PMI Madrid Chapter celebrated general BOD elections. His current President, Alfonso Bucero, finished his role at the PMI Chapter Board, after two years of service in the Chapter BOD. This chapter counts on 452 members now. A local PM professional event was celebrated in the same session, joining more than 100 professionals. That event was delivered on March 22nd 2010 at Foxá 32 Hotel located in Madrid (Spain).
Julio Carazo San José was elected as PMI Madrid Chapter President. On the other hand, Alfonso Bucero has been elected by PMI as Region 8 Component’s Mentor. In that role Alfonso will mentor all Components from the center and South of Europe, Middle East, and Africa. That assignment will be effective since January 2011. From that new volunteer challenge, Alfonso wants to continue his job of spreading out the project management profession in PMI Region 8…

Alfonso Bucero, DEA, PMP, is an International Correspondent for PMForum and PM World Today in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Bucero is also founder and Managing Partner of BUCERO PM Consulting.
