Wideman PM Website Updates Announced for June

.

Max’s Guest this month is Stephen Rietiker, who has been searching for tangible project portfolio management processes. He found few, so came up with his own that he explains in In Search of Project Portfolio Management Processes.

In Musings, Max provides tips on Formatting Project Templates and explains why he provides Issacons instead of Word files.

Max has added one new Issacon* this month as follows:

  • 1212a - Project Change Control;
  • 1218a - Project Acceptance;
  • 1237a Project Requirements; and
  • 1364b Project Team Roles

Max has updated the following Issacons:

  • 1208b Business Case: Content; and
  • 1366 Delegation.

*"Issacons" stands for "Issues and Considerations" that are presented in bullet form for quick and easy reference by project managers.
