According to Max, “To start the New Year we have three additions, all related to project management job content. The first is our Guest paper by Hessel Friedlander who returns to our web site to discuss Must Project Managers be Subject Matter Experts?” 

Next is in Papers, Max reviews Ronald Cagle's book: Your Successful Project Management Career.  In his popular column “Musings”, Max responds to a correspondent who asks about a Career Change Decision: To Be or Not To Be a Project Manager?
