Trevor Band, FAPM and APM Board Member will describe how Siemens has met the challenge of improving its global project management performance at the APM Wessex Branch Meeting at 7.15 pm on Tuesday 10 March at the Holiday Inn, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Southampton, SO50 9PG. The presentation is preceded by Networking and a buffet, at 6.15pm.

PM@Siemens is a change programme for improving project management performance across the Siemens' global conglomerate organisation, which has over 428,000 employees and a turnover of €77Bn. In response to the requirements of PM@Siemens, one of UK Siemens companies, Siemens IT Solutions and Services, has created 'PMlife', a best practice framework for project and programme management.

By looking at both PM@Siemens and PMlife this presentation will explore how Siemens has translated a strategic vision of high performance project management into new working practices and capability at the business unit level.

Trevor Band (pictured right) is Head of PM Capability Development for Siemens IT Solutions and Services Ltd, and a member of the APM's Corporate Members Advisory Group (CMAG). He is therefore very well placed to answer any questions you might have so please bring them along with you.
