Expert Seminars to Open PM Days'07 in Vienna Three expert seminars have been scheduled to highlight the pre-programme of the PM Days’07 “PROJECTS & MANAGEMENT: From 9 to 5?” on Sunday, 6th May 2007 at the hotel "NH Danube City" (‘Wagramer Strasse 21, 1220 Vienna, Austria). ![]() International top experts like Lynn Crawford, Roland Gareis, Martina Huemann, Mary McKinlay and Bernd Lauer offer the possibility for participants with advanced pm expertise to further develop their knowledge about programme and project portfolio management, management auditing of projects and programmes, and assessment centers in a project-oriented Company. Learning about newest developments in project, programme and process management as well as networking in a group of experienced seminar participants are major advantages. Professor Sebastian Green of UC Cork to chair ![]() Professor Sebastian Green, head of the Department of Management & Marketing at the University College Cork (UCC), Cork, Ireland has been named chair of the 2007 Academic Forum for the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Professor Green is also an International Editorial Advisor for the PM World Today eJournal (www.pmworldtoday.net) and a faculty member for the Institute of Project Management of Ireland (http://www.projectmanagement.ie). The IPMA Academic Forum is an event for academics to come together to: reflect, collaborate, discuss and enrich the contribution they make to the ongoing development of project management beyond its current conceptual foundations. The Academic Forum presents a platform for discussions between Academia the IPMA and Project Management specialists, as well as between and among representatives from academic institutions with graduate, undergraduate and research programs in project management. The Forum will aim to stimulate critical thinking and scholarship in Project Management research and practice and in Project Management education.
