Simple introduction to SharePoint, easy to read and easy to follow; almost written in a “book for dummies” format. Contains numerous basic ideas and concepts on both Project management and SharePoint
Overview of Book’s Structure
This book provides helpful guidance on the initial steps in implementing a Project Management Information System using SharePoint. Use this to enhance the communications process of any project; it will enhance a project's life cycle significantly.
Highlights: What I liked!
Five chapters are devoted to speaking plainly about what elements make up a SharePoint. There are pictures on every page which makes this paperback book a very quick read. The last four chapters talk about creating lists that are specific to project management.
People will benefit from seeing an example of when to use a SharePoint site all the way through from creation to archive…
