Introduction to the Book
The Complete Project Management Methodology and Toolkit is a book that clearly describes the methods and processes relative to successful Project Management. These methods can be utilized with little modification throughout different industries.
The actual introduction of the book states the goal and purpose of the tools provided in the book, which would align project management with business needs. Fundamental methodologies and processes can be implemented and maintained company wide. The processes will aid all employees in being more efficient, and processes and project plans will be more measurable and sustainable.
Every time a project arises, all stakeholders would use the repeatable processes and document all aspects of the projects for consistency and future reference.
Overview of Book’s Structure
The book is divided into three (3) sections: Section One focuses on Methodology Process; which is broken down in four (4) specific areas: Profile Processes, Plan Processes, Perform(ance) Processes and Post Processes. Overall this section covers the customer profile, the project itself, responsibilities of all stakeholders, schedules and deliverables.
