Introduction to the Book
The author’s patent pending “Performance Culture Maturity Model” is an excellent innovative tool that is presented in the book. In depth case studies of four widely diverse companies provide invaluable insight for analysts, researchers and companies to self assess their position.
This book highlights the importance of performance culture over processes and technology in any organization. CIO’s may bring in newest technologies but without a performance directed culture to embrace the new tools, these technologies are of no use to the organization.
Overview of Book’s Structure
Structured like reading a novel, the book is easy to read and comprehend. The author begins by introducing performance directed culture and describes the “Performance Culture Maturity Model”.
