PM DAY IN ROMANIA

A PM Day in Romania event was held on the 26th of May at the World Trade Center Convention Hall/Pullman Hotel in Bucharest. Fresh figures, old figures, some known, some new comers, Chapter Board, Academia and others from IT companies, product promoters, people directly involved in project management, other not truly related with the profession, IPMA professionals, PMI professionals, all of them shared for a day, conference room and other adjacent workshop seminar rooms as in the old days when no one was so apprehensive for the days of our lives, for the jobs we protect and secure.

PMI Romania Chapter sponsored by Microsoft gathered a large audience to proudly show the PMBoK Fourth Edition, Romanian Language translation, and to prove that the PM community is still well and alive, although lately these events were scarcely shown.

The PMBoK Guide Romanian Version is a deliverable made through an effort which lasted almost a year and relied mainly on volunteering some of the key figures from the PMI Romanian Chapter as well as of other enthusiasts who rallied to a valuable idea…
