Here is a book that enables anyone to pickup and start applying project management skills quickly. It is based on being able to learn thinks quickly for projects. This book is very easy to read with many useful examples and tips.

Overview of Book’s Structure

This well written book crams a comprehensive view of project management skills quickly. It provides many pointer and short memorization facts and skills. It also provides templates and techniques, insights, tips and clues along with a logical formula to project management.

Highlights: What I liked!

I love this author this is the second of her three books that I have reviewed. All have been easy to read and very well written book gives they give you memorization skills, tips and a solid foundation of project management at any level.
