![]() Hubert Vaughan Professor Hubert Vaughan is a research Fellow at the China Academy of Management Science, a Professor at the Institute of International Engineering Project Management of Tsinghua University, Graduate School of China Academy of Science, Beijing Aeronautic and Astronautic University, and Nankai University teaching Innovation Management, Program Management, Project management, and Software Engineering. Hubert commenced his career in the field of computer technology in early 1972. The last 37 years had served a number of International Organizations including IBM, DEC, Unisys, Tandem, Bell Canada, Andersen Consulting, National Mutual, ANZ Banking Group and Bank of Montreal holding senior management positions in Technology related services. His career covered the five major continents around the world as Director, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President that spanned across software development, professional services, product development, technology consulting, project/program management, strategic planning as well as business development. ![]() Kunal Verma Kunal Verma, PMP, is presently a Project Manager in the Enterprise Solutions Practice of INFOSYS TECHNOLOGIES LTD. He has over 7 years of experience in the IT industry and has focused on packaged applications for the last 4 years. During this time Kunal and his team have been involved in several consulting, roadmap definition for the enterprise, pre-sales, project management and project implementations, mainly on SAP products. Ms. Cates was born, raised and studied fine arts in Moscow before moving to North Carolina in 1993. Since that time, she has been a fine artist, graphic artist, web designer, web-based training developer, interactive media developer, and director or member of various web design projects for customers and organizations worldwide. Masha has a Fine Arts Degree from V.I. Surikov Art School (1978-1984) and a Master's Degree in Fine Arts & Graphic Arts from the Academy of Arts, Moscow State Arts Institute (1985-1991). ![]() Professor Vladimir Voropajev, Ph.D. Professor Vladimir Voropajev, PhD. is President and Chairman of the Board of the Russian Association of Project Management, SOVNET. Dr. Voropajev is professor of Project Management at the State University of Management, Moscow, Russia. He is also Head of the Program and Project Management Faculty for the Russian State Academy's Program for Professional Retraining and Professional Skill Development for Executives and Specialists in Investment Fields. He is a full member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences on Information Science and Cybernetics, and of the International Academy of Investments and Economy in Construction. From 1991 to 2001, he was Vice-president and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), the global federation of national PM associations based in Zurich, Switzerland. He is an honorary Fellow of the Indian Project Management Association and a past member of the Global Project Management Forum Steering Committee. He is the former Director of Program Management for Tektronix Inc. where he established and led Tektronix's first worldwide Program Management Office. Colin Wheeler Colin Wheeler has over two decades of experience in the field of Risk Management and is now Technical Director with Istria Risk Management Solutions.
