Early Registration continues through July 1 for August UT Dallas Project Management Symposium

Reported by Ann R. Miller in Dallas

Early registration is still open for the 4th UT Dallas Project Management Symposium, with the theme "Business Sustainability through Project Management", being held August 12-13, 2010 at The University of Texas at Dallas. The conference is being sponsored by the Graduate Program in Project Management at The University of Texas at Dallas, in cooperation with PMForum and the PMI Dallas Chapter. This annual 2-day Project Management Symposium focuses on topics important to organizations, industries and the economy of North Texas. If you live within driving distance of Dallas, don't miss this opportunity to participate in a traditional project management conference at relatively low cost. For information, visit the Conference website.

Project managers, PM professionals, and executives should register now for this major event to receive discounted pricing - $425 prior to 1 July 2010. This represents a low price for the 16 professional development units (PDUs) available to participants. Regular pricing after July 1 will be $450 for PMI members and $500 for all others. Group discounts are also available.

The 4th UT Dallas Project Management Symposium will include an Opening Ceremony with Keynote Speakers, approximately 45 professional presentations, panel discussions, lunches and coffee breaks, a Thursday evening networking reception and a closing plenary session with keynote speakers. Attendees can receive up to 16 PDUs for PMP recertification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

The symposium is sponsored by the Graduate Program in Project Management at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas), in cooperation with the Dallas Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and PMForum, Inc. Both the PMI Dallas Chapter and UT Dallas are registered education providers with PMI®, so attendees can easily receive Professional Development Units (PDUs) for PMP recertification.
