Dutch Students Grevelman & Kluiwstra win International Student Paper Award in AustriaReported by Claudia Weninger in Vienna
International student paper award`10 happy projects'10 "PROJECTS & SUSTAINABILITY" As every year the PMG, WU, Vienna University of Economics and Business and the ROLAND GAREIS CONSULTING organized the international and the Austrian student paper awards. This awards are a great possibility for students to get some experience in research and to present their results at the international happy projects conference in Vienna. This year the main topic of the student paper award was sustainability, but all papers on project and process management topics were accepted. ![]() The winning paper from Michelle Kluiwstra and Lilian Grevelman will be published in the July 2010 edition of PM World Today! The happy projects '10 conference, Austria's major project management conference each year, took place from 27th to 28th May 2010 at the Tech Gate Vienna Centre, Donau-City-Straße 1, 1220 Vienna, Austria. Each year, speakers from well-known national and international organizations and universities attend to share knowledge with presentations, case studies, panels, round table discussions and workshops. The theme this year was "PROJECTS & SUSTAINABILITY" with topics covered including: Management of Sustainability Projects; Sustainable Project Management; Sustainable Changes of Organizations by Projects; Self-understanding of the Project Manager; and Value-based Leadership in the Project-Oriented Company.
