Reported by Ana Maria Rodriguez with the cooperation of Andres Sananes

One of the topics to be treated will be the Ethics and Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), topic on that already several years ago treads loudly in the business world. A company that wants to be successful, beside offering value for their shareholders, must create value for the society. The importance of the application of the BSR relapses on all the members of an organization, not only on the managers; we all must assume the commitment to commercialize a good or service effectively and efficiently, but in addition having in counts the needs of the society in whom we are immersed, as like that also the relevancy of the natural resources that allow us to realize our work day after day.

It will depend on the commitment of every person with his or her environment, the orientation that possesses the company towards the BSR, we do not say that all the companies must be Social Responsible, but a company that beside generating positive results in the economic thing, generates positive results for the society, contributing activate and voluntarily to the improvement of the quality of life of their members, will increase the company value, and there will have an average major life that that ones that does not apply BSR.
